Thanks to https://planetscharity.org/ for lending us their Range Rover!

It’s time for our most expensive off-road battle yet!

Mat’s got his hands on the all-new Range Rover, and he’s about to go head-to-head against a Bentley Bentayga through a series of off-road challenges!

But how will they both fair off-road? Let’s take a look at the stats. The Range Rover houses a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can produce 530hp and 750Nm. It is equipped with all wheel drive, weighs in at 2,510kg, and costs around £138,000.

Then we have the Bentley. It’s packing a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that’s good for 550hp and 770Nm, while it tips the scales at 2,415kg. It’s most expensive than the Range Rover, though, at £182,000.

But of course, power isn’t everything in an off-road battle! It’ll come down to ground clearance, approach angles and any off-road tech built into each of these cars!

So what do you think – can a Bentley really compete with a Range Rover off-road? There’s only one way to find out… Let’s go OFF-ROADING!

  1. The fact that the Bentley has directionally styled rims, and they’re machined to look the same on both sides instead of just being 4 of the same rim is an impressive testament to their attention to detail. That being said, I’d have the Range Rover.

  2. Next off-road video should be a budget 4×4 battle “Panda Cross vs Ignis vs Jimny vs Lada Niva vs Duster”. There can be more candidates but those have been on a video before. Would love to watch that

  3. We want to see a Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a Bentley Bentayga a future luxurious off-road challenge!

  4. Quite impressive how the Range Rover made it through the woods almost as effortlessly as the Jimny.

  5. I’d like to see these tests performed with a classic RR as well as a benchmark
Or when you do the sports SUV’s
    an original RR sport
Just to see how far we have moved on
