  1. I realize this video was put up 8 yes ago but let me tell you, it is still helping dummies like me. A million thanks!!! I have always struggled with new wipers and you seriously unscrambled my brain. Thank you again!

  2. This was a great help. Short, sweet, to the point, but still thorough.

My windshield wiper blade came off yesterday in a dark parking lot as I was brushing the snow off my car and I really wish I’d seen this before hand! It is simple, but when you haven’t actually seen it before, it’s tricky to figure out without any guidance. This video effectively bridges the gap for those of us who are laymen when it comes to car maintenance and repair.

  3. Out of the top ten for “how to remove windshield wipers”on youtube, yours is the only video that zooms into the hand in a way that I can actually tell what you’re doing with your hand.

  4. You saved me from spending 15 minutes in a snow storm yelling at my car trying to figure out how to install my spare wiper. Big props.

  5. I have learned so much from your videos and as a woman in the world with my car I can’t thank you enough for that! I will never pay to have my blinker fluid replaced thats for sure! Thanks for sharing your knowledge I appreciate you very much! P.s. because of your video I was able to diagnose a bad wheel bearing in my 04 Vibe.

  6. Nice, well lit close-up video Chris. Such a pleasure compared to other well meaning but poorly lit how-to videos that rarely go in close enough. Would love to see a front wiper installation with different wiper styles, including the more modern beam style or converting from the old style to the beam style.

  7. Omg I LOVE that he repeated the hook part instead of me having to rewind and re-watch wayy more than I wanted. The little things!!! 😆 Thanks for this video!!!!

  8. I love you, Man! You are the mechanic buddy I always wanted! You have saved the day several times-Never trivial! You are so good at explaining things-not intimidating-Thanks!

  9. Thank you so much! I don’t know why, but I couldn’t figure out how to remove the old ones until I watched your video, then it suddenly was so simple! You saved me from spending more time in the cold in my garage tonight. Very much appreciate your video.

  10. This was so thorough and explanatory. A lot of other places would assume that this is so easy that it does not need explaining. I am glad you make no such assumptions. I have done this successfully before, but it has been a long time, and I didn’t want to mess with it for a long time. Thank you for this.
